Each express order is calculated based on the product, the type of vehicle and the number of kilometers to be driven.

For special projects, such as a day courier etc., specific rates are calculated. Please contact Top-Speed for an inquiry.


1. How do I calculate my transport price?

Transport orders must always be requested in writing, by e-mail or via the digital platform of Top-Speed. We do not accept order-confirmations by phone.
In addition, the transport request must be drawn up as correctly as possible. In the case of incomplete or incorrect transport orders, the applicant is responsible for the additional cost.
Important information:
- Pick-up and delivery address
- Date and time of the transport order
- Weight and dimensions of the product or goods to be transported
- Additional references
- Additional instructions such as the need for a tail lift, etc.

2. How do I request a transport order?

Top-Speed delivers your goods and products to your front door or warehouse. Our drivers do not deliver to special places or on floors if this has not been communicated in your transport assignment.

3. Does Top-Speed deliver on floors?

When cancelling an order confirmation, 24 hours in advance of transport, the applicant must pay 70% of the amount due.
When cancelling an order confirmation on the day of transport or when the vehicle is on site, the applicant has to pay the total amount due.


4. Can I cancel my transport?

Europallets are not swapped for courier deliveries. If you want your pallet to be exchanged, you must always request this with your transport order.

5. Will my europallet be swapped?

When you approve a quotation at Top-Speed, you receive an order confirmation with a pro forma invoice. You have the possibility to pay your transport in advance via mobile payment or via a transfer. After transport your order will be invoiced and you will receive the original invoice.

6. How do I pay for my order at Top-Speed?

Top-Speed is not responsible for damage and/or loss during the transport order due to poor packaging.
This means: if damage occurs during transport because the products are not packed, the responsibility of damage lies with the applicant.

Top-Speed is not responsible for damage and/or loss during the transport assignment because of incorrect dimensions and weights.

This means: if our truck is on location and the lots are bigger and/or heavier than expected, charges will apply. This will be 100 % of the transport price.
